This Privacy Policy explains how Innovative Links Corp, DBA Tubs&Baths (“Tubs&Baths,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you browse our store, create an account, make a purchase or contact us.

Information we collect

• Orders and checkout: your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, purchased products, order notes, payment status and transaction references.
• Accounts: registration information, saved addresses and order history when you create an account.
• Contact requests: the name, email, optional phone number, subject and message you submit, along with information needed to respond.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring links, session identifiers and security or server logs. WooCommerce order attribution can associate referral and session information with an order.
• Reviews: information you choose to submit where reviews are enabled. Your chosen display name and review may be publicly visible.

Please do not submit full payment-card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through our contact form.

How we use information

We use information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, manage accounts, provide order updates, handle returns and customer service, detect fraud and spam, maintain and improve the store, keep business records and meet applicable obligations. If you subscribe to marketing, we use your contact information to send the communications you requested; you can unsubscribe.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may be necessary to perform a purchase contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate operational and security interests, or act on consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Payments

Payments are handled through the providers offered at checkout. Depending on the payment option you choose, these may include PayPal or WooPayments and its payment-processing partners. Providers receive information needed to authorize payments, prevent fraud and complete transactions. Their own privacy policies also apply. We receive order and transaction information; full card details entered into a provider’s payment fields are handled by that provider.

Who receives information

Information needed to operate the store may be shared with hosting and technical service providers, payment processors, carriers and fulfillment partners, customer support and email service providers, and professional advisers where necessary. Hostinger provides hosting-related services, and Hostinger Reach is integrated for email-related functionality. These services may receive technical or contact information when their features are used.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or investigate fraud. In a business transfer, relevant information may be transferred subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as sign-in, maintaining your shopping cart and checkout sessions. WooCommerce may also use referral and session information for order attribution. Other integrated services may use cookies or receive technical data when their features load.

Typical WooCommerce cookies include woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_. Their presence and duration depend on the features in use. Browser controls let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect sign-in, cart and checkout functionality. Where consent is required for non-essential technologies, those technologies should only operate after the required consent.

Email preferences

Order confirmations, delivery notices and replies to support requests are service communications. Promotional emails, where offered, include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from promotions does not stop necessary communications about an existing purchase.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as needed for its purpose, including order fulfillment, returns, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping requirements. The period varies by record type. Deletion requests may not cover records that must be retained for these reasons.

Access to information should be limited to people and providers who need it for their work. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can review account details through My Account, adjust browser cookie settings and unsubscribe from marketing. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction or objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent. Some laws provide additional choices concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

Send requests through our Contact Us page, using “Privacy request” as the subject. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. We will respond within applicable time limits and explain any lawful limitation. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.

International processing

Our business operates in the United States, and service providers may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, transfers must use applicable safeguards.

Children
